Jim is located in FST's New York City office and is President & CEO of the FST Engineers, Inc. subsidiary. Jim graduated with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo and joined FST in 1985. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Design-Build Institute of America. Tom lives with Lucia, his wife of 36 years in Wakefield, MA, where they raised and home-educated their five children and very much enjoy having them visit, with the six grandchildren in tow.

Brian joined FST in 1986. He received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and his M.S. in Hazardous Materials Management from Tufts University. Brian is a member of the Water Environment Federation, the New England Water Environment Association and the American

Public Works Association. He is a registered professional engineer in six states (MA, NH, VT, CT, ME and FL). Brian's 29 years of experience at FST have been concentrated in planning, design and construction-phase services for wastewater collection and treatment systems. He has completed these projects for the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority and for agencies and municipalities throughout New England.

Manager, Environmental Division

Chris is now in his 29th year with FST. Chris manages our Water Department and is particularly noted for his expertise in state-of-the-art water treatment technologies. He is a very active member of the New England Waterworks Association (NEWWA) and has authored a number of technical papers for NEWWA workshops and seminars.

His interest in protecting and enhancing the environment extends into his personal life as Chris and his wife incorporate "green" lifestyle practices as much as possible into their home life in Bedford, MA.
