FST's Doug Prentiss, Principal Engineer, and Fred Moseley, Vice President, were part of a team that presented at the New England Bike-Walk Summit on October 7, 2011 in Providence, RI.
The presentation was entitled, "Complete Streets - Design Fundamentals." Topics included elements to be considered/included in the design of a ‘complete street' for all users and the challenges we as designers/owners face in providing for all facility users within the designated right-of-way (ROW).
