FST Adds Barry Squibb to Electrical Engineering Group

With more than 20 years of electrical engineering experience, the last seven as an electrical group manager in a global consulting engineering firm, Squibb will assume a leadership role to help manage and market FST's electrical engineering group.

"Barry is a great fit for FST, particularly as we initiate a number of strategic growth moves in our division and the mechanical/electrical group," says Mike Roache, P.E., head of FST's Facilities Division. "He has an ideal mix of management, marketing and technical abilities for this role."

Squibb is an expert in the planning, design, engineering and construction management of all aspects of medium- and low-voltage power distribution systems for water and wastewater systems, municipal, industrial, and private clients. His expertise includes power system analysis and system protection, code analyses, facility evaluations, energy efficiency, renewable energy systems, motor control, hazardous location classification, power generation systems, and building and life safety systems.

He is a graduate of Northeastern University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a concentration in Power Engineering. He is registered in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Washington, DC. He is also a Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) ® BD+C Accredited Professional.

Squibb is located in FST's Burlington, Massachusetts, headquarters office.
