FST Traffic Engineer Named NEITE VP

BURLINGTON, Massachusetts –  At the New England Institute of Traffic Engineers (NEITE) Annual Meeting on December 1, 2014, in Warwick, Rhode Island, FST's Alan Cloutier was announced as the group's Vice President. He is also on the group's Executive Board.

Alan joined FST in 2009 and has worked on a multitude of traffic projects throughout the Northeast. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth, and his Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University. He has served several key roles for New England ITE, including as a director and the section secretary and as the former chairman of the New England Section's Continuing Education Committee. He holds professional registrations in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, and is a certified professional traffic operations engineer (PTOE).  Alan lives in Natick, Massachusetts.
