Design-Build Owner’s Representative, Runway End 33L Safety Improvements

Logan International Airport, East Boston, MA

About this Project

The Massachusetts Port Authority selected the FST team to serve as design-build Owner's Representative for Runway End 33L safety improvements at Boston's Logan International Airport. FST's work began with developing both the initial RFQ and the final Design-Build proposal; assisting Massport in the review, evaluation and short listing of a design-build team; evaluating all technical aspects of the each design-build proposal, and assisting in the selection of a design-build team.

FST's work continued throughout project construction, with the team providing onsite oversight during this phase of the work.

The project recently received a Project Achievement Award from the New England Chapter of the Construction Management Association of America.
