FST's work in Asset Management rests heavily in the municipal area, including community-wide assessments, facility-specific or system-wide asset management in treatment plants and other municipal buildings, and energy and efficiency reviews.
FST is also adept at pavement management, which can dramatically extend the service life of roadways. Many of FST’s municipal clients look to FST to apply forward-looking pavement management methodology to help ensure that their limited funds are used wisely and efficiently.
